JPL Consumer Inc. manufactures Palm Oil, Palm Kernel Oil and processes these oils into natural products for food, and personal care.
J-Palm is looking for friendly and energetic individuals with a passion for creating attractive displays, assisting customers, and maintaining an organizing inventory to occupy the position of Store Attendants to join our team in two locations: Barnesville Junction and Johnsonville Community respectively.
POSITION SUMMARY
As a Store Attendant at J-Palm Liberia Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores. Your responsibilities will include packing store items onto shelves, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, keeping track of inventory, creating eye-catching product displays, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also greet customers, assist them in finding products that suit their needs, and accurately log purchases.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Packing store items onto shelves.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
- Keeping accurate records of inventory.
- Creating attractive displays for our products.
- Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly demeanor.
- Assisting customers by identifying products that meet their requirements.
- Accurately log customer purchases.
- Other tasks as may be assigned
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Superior interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Strong knowledge of Kernel Fresh products (training will be provided).
Experience in sales is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Flexibility to work varying hours as required.
Relatively fit to handle physical aspects of the job.
High school diploma or university degree.
